How do I add a subscription?

Tap the "+" button on the Subscriptions tab or use the "Add Subscription" card on the Home screen. You can choose from popular service templates or enter details manually including name, cost, billing cycle, and category.

How do I edit or delete a subscription?

Go to the Subscriptions tab and tap on any subscription to open the edit screen. From there you can modify any details or delete the subscription entirely.

How do I set a monthly budget?

Go to Settings and tap the edit icon next to "Monthly Budget." Enter your desired budget amount and tap Save. The Home screen will show your spending progress against this budget.

Is my data backed up to the cloud?

No. EvenUp stores all data locally on your device for maximum privacy. This means your data does not leave your device, but it also means if you delete the app or switch devices, your data will not transfer automatically. Use the Export Data feature in Settings to save a copy of your data.

How do I clear all my data?

Go to Settings and scroll down to the "Data" section. Tap "Clear All Data" and confirm. This will permanently remove all subscriptions, budgets, and preferences from the app.

How do renewal reminders work?

When you add a subscription with renewal reminders enabled, EvenUp uses local notifications to remind you before your subscription renews. Make sure notifications are enabled for EvenUp in your device settings.

How do I change the currency?

Go to Settings and tap on the currency option to select your preferred currency. All amounts throughout the app will update to display in your chosen currency.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've previously purchased EvenUp Premium, you can restore your purchase through the App Store. Go to Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and verify EvenUp is listed.
